Dinner and pre challenge briefing in bunkhouse  Ascent of Ben Nevis 06:00  Drive south to Lakes 11:00  Ascent of Scafell Pike 16:30  Drive to North Wales 21:30  Ascent Snowden 02:00  Complete challenge 06:00 How fit do I need to be and what experience is required ?  To complete the challenge in under 24hrs requires a considerable commitment and a good level of basic fitness.  For less competitive teams with concerns over hill fitness a more leisurely goal is recommended. Why not let us help you to select the best options for your team, remember the team will only move as fast as the slowest member. Some experience of high level walking is desirable, especially when it comes to dealing with poor weather and walking rough tracks with head a torches in the dark.
