Commercial/Civil Industry Study: Forward looking study that is a summary of opinions on the future of the industry. Focuses on workforce trends, technologies and business planning. Engaged Sage Policy Group and Towson’s Regional Economic Studies Institute as consultants. Demand Study Round 1

Commercial/Civil Industry Study: Designed a 32 question survey. State wide scope, natural concentration in Baltimore/Washington Corridor. Interviewing: –Contractors, Construction Managers –Owners (developers, institutions) –Architects and Engineers –Suppliers, Subs and Vendors Demand Study Round 1

Commercial/Civil Industry Study: Identified 175 businesses throughout the Maryland for face-to-face interviews with a goal of completing As of now – 46 done, 8 scheduled, 4 Pending Round 1 Close rate 65% of completed interviews to asks.
