The apostles always spoke of a bodily resurrection tied to the historical fact of Christ’s. The Greek could not understand how a body which decays can rise again. Paul later has to explain how our bodies are changed from corruptible to incorruptible. 3. Your faith is useless and futile, because nothing is accomplished by it.
