Environmentally Conscious METRICS AND THRESHOLDS MET Water Savings: 31% Reduction through use of water conserving fixtures Lighting Power: 21% Reduction of Connected Lighting Load Power HVAC: Met and exceeded requirement of efficiency outlined in the Advanced Buildings Core Performance Guide sections 1.4, 2.9, & % of all installed equipment is Energy Star Rated. Purchase of 50% of the building’s power needs for the next two years from renewable sources. Construction Waste: 98% Diversion Rate. Achieved 17% recycled content threshold on all materials and furniture used on the project. 34% of all project materials and furniture on the project were manufactured and/or extracted within 500 miles of the site.
