EAII WG Scope Co-Chairs: Andre Maizener, EdF (utility) and Harry Garton, Xtensible Solutions (vendor) Scope: Drive the understanding and implementation of CIM- based message exchange to support efficient and effective communication while establishing a forum for the sharing of such information as well as best practices for exchange of CIM-based information

EAII WG Agenda Meeting jointly with Tools WG Possible merger with the Tools WG

Model Exchange & Naming WG Scope Chair: Jay Britton, Areva TF scope covers the use of CIM standards for exchange of power system modeling information among participants in interconnected transmission grids. – Operations and planning. – Static model exchange standard ( /552) – Power flow exchange standards for case inputs and steady-state solutions – Naming practices and Identification of modeling objects in model exchange business processes. Liaisons to NERC & UCTE

Model Exchange & Naming WG Agenda Standards Activity Updates – UCTE: Status presented in main meeting. – WG13: Proposed standard for steady-state solution Header Data Requirements Discussion – What information should be conveyed as file headers when exchanging dataset in CIM/XML formats? – Discuss UCTE use cases. – How should headers be formatted? UCTE Work Session (Chavdar Ivanov) – Feedback from WG13 issues discussion – Discussion of open issues; finalization of proposal to WG13 – Discussion on profile maintenance (procedure, yearly updates, IOPs – stick to EPRI/IEC schedule, etc.)

Process WG Scope Co-chairs: Terry Saxton & Ed Dobrowolski Scope: Overall management of the CIMug Development and tuning of the CIMug web site Coordination of the Technical Issues process Development and coordination of the Help Desk environment Coordination and maintenance of the CIMug mail list Meeting planning and assistance in conducting the meetings of the CIMug Establishment of the budget for the CIMug Development of liaisons with appropriate external groups Adherence to the rules and regulations of the CIMug and UCAIug
