Organized crimes are some illegal activities that basically occur with a motif of some financial gain. The main purpose of organized crime is to earn money. Terrorism is to create fear with the acts of violence.

Both organized crime and terrorism use fear as a weapon. Fear is actually used for gaining power Both are similar in a way that they create violent atmosphere through fear when threatened people become uncooperative to them.
