Leadership Development Female Future Program(FFP) Objective of FUEWEC to promote women to top decision- making positions in the corporate world To enhance capacity of young women to take up management positions To provide a forum for women in management and leadership positions to interact and exchange ideas Target Audience Female CEOs, Board Members, Middle Managers from Private and Public Companies, Female Banking Executives NGO managers, Human Resources managers, individuals in leadership positions & those aspiring to be Leaders. Growth oriented career ladies in middle to top level management position 9 Months (15 classroom days) Partly funded NHO,participants pay 3000 US $

Leadership development Female Future Program Three modules,Leadership development,(who am l,what do l want, how do l get there) Rhetoric ability to make convincing speeches, how to structure winning arguments,Presentation skills, Body language Board competence,Board preparedness Financial accountability, strategy, board ethics, Chairing board meetings,preparing board pack.etc

FUEWEC 52 women graduated since 2011, 16 women appointed on boards, 21 in bigger more challenging assignments 4 started up their private business Annual conference 3 rd this year( 17 Oct 2014) Increased membership of participating orgs Networking meetings Challenges more women are paying for themselves where as we intended orgs to pay for them (not yet bought by organisations), Availability of Consultants/trainners, Availability of Board positions(managing expectations) Managing standards, Funding challenges(program is expensive)
