THE MIND HAS THREE LAYERS THE FIRST LAYER IS OF THOUGHTS – THE MOST SUPERFICIAL LAYER THE SECOND LAYER IS OF EMOTIONS – A LITTLE DEEPER THE THIRD LAYER IS OF SILENCE – SOUNDLESS – DEEP SILENCE – NO THOUGHT – NO EMOTION

WE ALWAYS LIVE IN THE FIRST LAYER

SIGMUND FREUD – THE FATHER OF MODERN PSYCHOLOGY MADE PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS FIRST LAYER SCIENTIFICALLY

JUNG – HIS FOLLOWER, WENT A LITTLE DEEPER AND MADE ATTEMPTS TO UNDERSTAND THE FEELINGS, EMOTIONS THUS TOUCHING THE SECOND LAYER

HOWEVER, THE THIRD LAYER WAS LEFT ALONE – AS THE DEEP SILENCE WAS DEADLY !!

WE HAVE CONSCIOUS MIND SUBCONSICOUS MIND CRITICAL MIND

DREAMS UNATTENDED, UNSATISFIED, IMPOSSIBLE THOUGHTS CREATE A VOID IN OUR MENTAL SYSTEM. DREAM THUS BECOMES AN AUTO-PRESSURE RELEASE VALVE

IMAGINATION IMAGINATIVE PERSONS ARE HANDLING THE THOUGHTS FROM A NEW ANGLE ALTOGETHER IMAGINATION RESULTS IN INNOVATION THIS PAVES WAY FOR CREATIVITY

CONTROLLING THE MIND IS NOTHING BUT.... CONTROLLING OR REGULATING OR STREAMLINING OUR THOUGHTS

THE PROCESS FIRST THE SILENCE THEN THE EGO “I” THOUGHT THEN THE SPEECH AND FINALLY THE ACTION

YOU HAVE PEACE OF MIND WHEN THE GAP BETWEEN ONE THOUGHT AND ANOTHER THOUGHT INCREASES

BEST WAY TO CONTROL OUR MIND IS TO HAVE AWARENESS OF OUR THOUGHTS

BEWARE !! MORE YOU SUPRESS YOUR THOUGHTS, MORE YOU SUFFER !!

UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF THE CONSCIOIUS AS WELL AS SUBCONSCIOUS MIND Those Who you Love Most and Those Who You Most Fear At Can Easily Access Your Subconscious Mind!
