The best ways to cover data processing costs? Do we need licensing in general? Will there be new forms of copyright and pricing? Impact of other legislation not related to PSI reuse? Copyright? Competition? Data protection?

All major state institutions will be “virtual institutions”; Businesses and private persons will use these “virtual institutions” to make the information public by using on-line forms and integrated systems for crosscheking. All the processes are described in our legislation, so we have to analize and virtualize them. We don’t have to speak about PSI re-use seperately, but only as a part of e-government and e-society.
