Player Eligibility for Substitutions Press Buzzer when player enters the Substitution Zone Check for player number of requested substitution. If legal, record on score sheet. If not legal, press the buzzer again and raise one hand and wave off while stating: “The request is not legal.” We no longer raise one hand to indicate legality.
