Achieving the CGMS ® designation will advance the grants management professional’s knowledge and help to achieve higher levels of excellence in grants management. Obtaining the credential is not simply a one-time effort, but an ongoing commitment to professional growth. The CGMS Credential will be portable. The CGMS ® Credential is independent of the type of organization in which a grants management professional is currently working and/or may be working for in the future.
