3 WE-Mentor preparatory meeting Stuttgart 12/2006 WE-Mentor Enterprising women in European Research mentoring India/Israel/Romania/Turkey Task 1: Creation of regional partnerships:  mentee partners contact the local key-players working on WE issues  meetings (minimum 3) of regional partners with mentees (D4)  partnerships are of support for contractor by - use of their WE-database - figuring out special needs of training schedules on innovation and transnational cooperation for WE - hosting a training for WE - distributing project objectives and flyer  mailing and contact lists of the regional partners will be sent to the coordinator  collection of signed commitment agreements from the regional partnerships (2 per mentee regions) (D5) (M1) WP2 - The Mentoring Scheme D4: Regional partnership meetings (schedule of a minimum 3 meetings per mentee regions) D5/M1: Signed Regional Partnership commitments (month 12; 2 commitment agreements per mentee regions)

7 WE-Mentor preparatory meeting Stuttgart 12/2006 WE-Mentor Enterprising women in European Research mentoring India/Israel/Romania/Turkey Task 5: Study tours to mentor regions  Organisation of 2 study tours (accommodation, site visits, transportation, catering, tour documentations) → mentees learn about methodologies transferable to their home regions 1 st in Germany in month 5 (April 2007), 2 nd in UK in month 16 (March 2008), up to 5 days all partners, 1 stakeholders from each mentee region decision of sites by all partners 2 months before (M1) Participants are asked to submit suggestions the sites should showcase the best practice within the host regions → offer knowledge transfer about key networks/initiatives/ programs/activities on WE- support within host regions short tour report→D7/D8 WP2 - The Mentoring Scheme D7: Two study tours in mentor regions (DE, UK– month 6, 18) D8: Summarized study tour report by hosts (month 12, 18) M1: Decision of the sites of the study tours agreed on by all partners
