Guidance Department Goals Increase the number of parents who attend Junior Conferences - Phone call a few weeks after letter goes out -Offer them during parent/teacher conferences Have all senior meetings complete by the end of September - Give each student a date and time Increase the number of elementary students who believe that they can talk to the guidance counselor about anything -75% yes Complete the Comprehensive Guidance Curriculum for grades PK-8 Increase classroom time with high school students -Silent reading time each quarter?
