Project Background Description –Deliver an enterprise corporate Learning Management Platform (LMP) for the Canadian Forces/Department of National Defence: a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) a Learning Management System (LMS) a Content Development (CD) module –Learning and Career Centre (LCC) Standardization Podium and computer-equipped classrooms, library software and virtual classroom capabilities for 16 LCCs (only 14 with computer-equipped classrooms) –DLN will serve as enabler to the following expected business outcomes: Improve management and administration of Training, Learning and Professional Development Increased Training effectiveness Standardized processes, increased re-use of learning assets, and reduced proliferation of training delivery systems Co- Sponsors Chief of the Military Personnel and ADM(HR-Civ)
