OBJECTIVE To train functional managers to take up general management positions and to head independent business units.

Designed for  Graduate any Discipline (English Medium) with 50% aggregate  Working executives with over Six Years of experience in Functional Area/s. CAs,CFAs, CWAs & CS with 3 years experience (post qualification)  Only applicants who are currently performing leadership/managerial/ supervisory roles in business organization with annual turnover exceeding Rs.20 Crores

Duration : 2 Years Validity : 4 Years from the Date of enrollment Program Structure : 20 courses of which 13 are case-study based and 2 are mandatory workshops, with the remaining 5 being directed independent study courses.

WORKSHOPS Managerial Effectiveness Integrative Workshop Candidates should successfully complete all the other 19 out of 20 courses of the program to participate in the Integrative Workshop.

VALUATION OF CASE STUDIES Candidates are evaluated on the basis of written case analysis, direct independent study assignments and participation in workshops. In case the submitted case analysis or assignment is incomplete or unsatisfactory, the candidates have to rework and resubmit the relevant analysis or assignment. Performance in each course would be graded as Excellent, Good or Satisfactory.

Award of Degree After successful completion of Phase I, candidates will be awarded the “Executive Diploma in Management” After successful completion of Phase I and Phase II, candidates will be awarded the MBA degree
