An initial needs analysis interview is conducted with each entrepreneur to understand their business, their market and their needs. From this a fully comprehensive Development and Implementation plan is put in place. The entrepreneurs enter a 12 month incubation programme where they are given the assistance, training and development, guidance, mentoring and ongoing support required. BBBEE is critical to our success – but it does not have to be a grudge purchase SA needs stability, economic growth and development SMME’s play a critical role in SA’s success Our Enterprise Development model focuses on growing SMME’s
