TIME MANAGEMENT SUGGESTIONS 1.Use a planner or calendar – esp. to identify “crunch times” 2.Take time each week to update your planner 3.Keep an ongoing “to do” list – prioritize these 4.Use small bits of time well 5.Know what times of day are best for you mentally and physically 6.Try to handle each piece of paper once – stop shuffling and reshuffling 7.Tough task – do it now … or get a small piece done (Mary Poppins!) 8.Take time for you – exercise, sleep, friends, family 9.Learn to say “no”
