Tips for good sleep Avoid caffeine and nicotine Avoid alcohol. Exercise regularly, but at lease 3 hours before bedtime. Build a regular relaxing bedtime routine (e.g. taking a bath) Create a sleep environment is dark, quiet and preferable cool and comfortable.
