How do I add new users to the GINsystem? Step 1: Navigate to the Manage Users page from your Administrator Menu
How do I add new users to the GINsystem? Step 2: Select Add users to add one user, or Import Users to add multiple users at one time
Add One User Provide the user’s first name, last name, and address. Then, select the appropriate member type and access level
Add Multiple Users Follow the instructions on the “Import Users” page to add multiple users with a CSV file
Member Types and Access Levels Member types and access levels can be updated from the manage users page

Add Points Tabs and Possibilities Score types can be either a set amount, or different amounts Points possibilities are specific opportunities to earn points Points tabs are point categories
Granting Points Select the points opportunity, then grant each member the appropriate number of points

View Points Totals Select ‘Print’ from the manage points page to view point percentages
