Top Leader Trained Reporting Top Leader Trained is reported on the District Totals Report and Objectives Progress Report.

Top Leader Trained Reporting If a leader took leader training prior to 9/1/2001, the appropriate course code and valid course dates must be recorded in order to update Leader Trained.

Top Leader Trained Reporting This document, located on the ScoutNET Support Site, is a list of historical training courses and effective dates.

Top Leader Trained Reporting Once training is correctly recorded, reports that include leader training reflect the training from the entry date forward and will not change history.

Online Learning Center The BSA Online Learning Center (E-Learning) provides a variety of materials, from quick references to complete training courses, all designed to help our members improve leadership skills and deliver a quality program. Many trainings, including Youth Protection Training, are available online through Scouting.org> MyScouting

Recording Training Records There are three methods for recording leader training.

Person Profile Enter training through Person Profile when entering training for a few leaders not in the same unit. Position Trained lists the positions that the leader has completed all leader specific training for.

Record Achievements Use Record Achievements if you have training to enter for several adults within the same unit. Current training records will be displayed.

Record Training Use Record Training after holding a training course, to mass enter leader specific training by program, unit, position or individuals. Especially useful when used in combination with the Training Not Completed Report and a handheld scanner.

Training Not Completed Report Use this report to obtain a list of registered leaders who are not fully trained in the position they are currently registered. You can narrow the list by selecting Unit or Non-Unit Registrants.

The report can be submitted for the entire council or a specific service area. Submit for All or select a specific program. Training Not Completed Report
