Participation Eligibility Should a student not meet the criteria below prior to travel, the school will withdraw the privilege of participation and will advise School Tours of the participants involuntary withdrawal from the program. Please consider purchasing the trip cancellation insurance if this is a possibility. Students wishing to participate in this travel opportunity must: – Have an average grade of 85% in responsible behavior for trimesters 1, 2, and 3 of the school year and trimesters 1 & 2 of the year. –Have the ability to carry or move their own baggage to and from the buses and while in the airports. –Sign a behavior agreement prior to departure.

Travel Chaperones Ratio of 10 students to 1 adult Teachers and Administrators who are planning to attend: Mrs. Tilton and other teachers from Serra On-site travel coordinator and one travel guide per bus (Bus Holds passengers) Evening security team works from 10pm – 6am

Departure and Arrival Group departs from Serra on a chartered bus with one checked bag and one carry-on per person on Saturday evening. (Students should attend a 4:30 or 5:00 Mass on departure day at their Parish prior to departure as we will not attend Mass on Sunday) Group returns from airport on a chartered bus and is delivered back to Serra late on Friday night.

Daily Schedule and Behavior Requirements during Trip 7:00 – 8:00 am Hotel Breakfast….students will receive wake up calls 10:00-11:00pm return to the hotel on most evenings Peer partners for all check-in times and free time Students are responsible for packing their own bags & loading them on the busses Serra’s Code of Conduct will be used while on this trip Any violation of the Code of Conduct that occurs where a suspension could be considered for the first offense, the student will be sent home at the parents’ expense. (Leaving their hotel room without permission, etc.)

What is this great trip going to cost? Limited to the first one hundred (100) students who register. This is an all-inclusive trip that includes roundtrip airfare, all ground transportation, all meals during the tour, sightseeing, tee-shirt, guides, 24 hour on-call company representatives on-site, and accident insurance $ 2, (double occ.) – if registered by July 1, 2015 or $ 2, (double occ.) – if registered after July 1, 2015 $ – Payment Protection Program (See details on School Tours Website) $ Registration to reserve space (applied to trip price) $ Luggage Fees & Guide Tips, (collected prior to trip)

Other Trip Information We will take the first 50 students who register All students after that will be placed on a wait list until we get to 70 – we need at least 35 students to book a bus We will then register everyone up to 100 students This year we have 99 students and 10 chaperones A school ID will be provided before the trip All students who attend must bring a copy of their insurance card
