JUDY’S CHILDHOOD Judy Blume’s childhood had good and bad parts. She was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on February 12,1938. When she was young the World War II had just started. Judy had a brother who was very ill because they where in a cold climate. So Judy, her mom, her grandmother, and her brother moved to Florida for 2 school years.
