Our hands are part of our arms. Each hand has four fingers and a thumb. Our feet are part of our legs. Each foot has five toes. There are many parts inside our body as well. Some of them are: Brain Lungs Heart Stomach We should eat proper food, exercise daily and practice good habits to keep our body healthy and strong.
