All About Gymnastics

You have to stretch before you do anything.  We do splits to start out with.  We do back bends after the splits.  We do stratle to help our legs be stronger.

The trampoline is a important event.  We do flips on the trampoline.  On the trampoline we also do tuck jumps to jump higher.  We also do sratls jumps to help us our sratles.

The bar is a important event.  On the high bar we do CC,s.  On the high bar we do some cast.  On the high bar we do back hip circles.

The beam is a important event.  We do kicks on the beam.  We do v-sits on the beam.  We do hops on the beam.

The floor is a important event.  You exercise on the floor.  You do hand stands on the floor.  We do flips on the floor.

You do allot of fun things for free time.  For free time we get to jump in the pit.  We get to jump on the trampoline.  We get to run to.
