Also, to provide high quality and professionalism to have our clients satisfied and coming back to plan their next event with us.  Vision: To be the first choice for event planning in Salt Lake City, and transform the clients dreams in an event of a lifetime.

Who We Are and What We Do  As event planners, we are a sub segment of the tourism industry.  Founded and located in Salt Lake City, UT. We serve the greater salt lake area and coordinate events from Provo to Ogden  Tasks are divided between the social and corporate market. We consult, plan, organize, decorate and administer events to the clients liking: very customer oriented and dependent.  Examples are weddings, birthdays, receptions, corporate gatherings, formals affairs, etc.

Our Services  Our venue has indoor and outdoor options  Planning, organizing, decorating for specific events.  Photography and Music options  Equipment rental

Competition  There are more than 20 event planning companies in the Salt Lake area…….  Our advantages: -We work from our office as well as our venue. Not at event planners have their own venue to work from and sell simultaneously -Indoor and outdoor options -Sustainable acts: compost, recycle glass material, motion sensor lights. -We offer a flat rate that is all inclusive and do not add charges to our clients.

Partners and Promotions  To increase our marketing and sales, we are partnered with a few catering companies as well and hotels in Salt Lake City.  During our high season (May – August), we offer the following promotions: - Discount on our photography and music services -Have more than 150 people attending your event, the client receives a discount on catering. -Like on Facebook or follow us on twitter, the client receives a discount.

Target Market  Age: anywhere from 18 to 75.  Education level: high school graduates – masters degrees  Income Bracket: Upper-middle class  Marital Status: married or single, with children or no children  Men and Women (mostly women)  The greater Salt Lake area and Utah valley.

Sales and Marketing  20% of our budget goes towards our marketing efforts.  Market Primarily in local magazines such as Salt Lake Magazine, and well as national wedding magazines.  Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Blog, and personal website.  With our partners, we would be marketed through their mediums as well and have our name associated with their products.

Financials  Start up cost: $500,000  1 st Year Expenses: $1,000,000  Net income after 1 st year: $200,000
