Purpose 1.To raise awareness, engage and inform the (Hume region) professional health care community on current trends, innovations and solutions in diabetes related best practice care. 2.To get Diabetes (and chronic diseases) on the agenda. 3.To showcase local and regional innovations in diabetes care.
