MaNa’s Mission To provide top of the line quality bicycles and to dedicate endless hours, money and appreciate everyone involved in MaNa Entreprises. We are determined to meet all consumers’ needs and wants of an ideal bike. We are what we say, “We ARE number ONE in a biker’s world.”

Executive Summary We are speeding into the new millennium with high quality bikes compared to other bicycle companies. We will set the pace for the future in cycling, whether it be competitive biking, cruising around for fun, or your method of transportation. MaNa offers bikes at a quality and a price that is affordable. As a new and growing company, we have the young, brilliant minds necessary to ride past the competition and into homes all over.

Situation Analysis Primary objective to make a name for our company. Advertising will include television, newspapers, and magazines. Stress on friendly customer service.

Situation Analysis Ensure high quality. Durable and stylish for the average consumer. Dependable. Durable. Cheap in price!

MaNa Strengths Advertising.  Making our bikes known across a wide variety of consumers and retailers.  The more our company is known the better sales.  More demand on our bikes our companies stocks will raise.

MaNa Strengths Quality  MaNa uses top of the line stainless steel.  Durable products results in less need for warranties.  We will gain consumer trust and stasifaction.

MaNa Weaknesses Target Markets.  Upper class marketing.  Concern with market share and distribution.

MaNa Weaknesses Distribution.  Only three stores selling products.  Considering there is a limited amount of retailers we will have to produce a limited amount.  Limited production may lead to limited income.

MaNa Opportunities We have a large amount of money our company can work with to produce the top of the line products. All competitors are starting at the same point. No one is ahead or behind.

Threats Towards MaNA Not knowing our competitors.  Chance the company might under estimate or over estimate our progress. Economic conditions.  Inflation and depression are factors that must be taken into consideration.

Financial Resources Our company has taken money away from Human Relations. This is due to the study MaNa did on our advertising technique. Studies showed that when spending a large amount in Human Relations we are not gaining a response. By taking away the money we have extra money to help operate other parts of the company. Other financial resources that MaNa will use is the help of issuing bonds and stocks. The company is playing it safe in case of a unforeseen economic condition.

Human Resources MaNa Cycles has great personnel to implement all of our goals and this is because of our companies strong beliefs in treating our personnel how we ourselves would like to be treated. We have taken into consideration the employee’s job satisfaction, leisure time, working environment and their future. We supply all employees with motivation to meet all companies’ goals while we train them to success and compensate them for their accomplishments.
