2 Vision: The Inland Northwest is a hub for commerce, vital to the global economy. Mission: Expand and integrate the regional transportation system to maximize efficiency, affordability and safety. Great potential lies ahead

3 The path forward is clear Advocate strategic, multi-modal transportation planning and investment that expands the region’s capacity for global commerce. Promote collaboration that positions the region internationally as an affordable, safe and efficient transportation hub.

4 Transportation of goods and services is 11 percent of the U.S. economy and supports one in eight jobs. Transportation costs account for 62% of all logistics costs, 6% of gross revenue.
