We have to earn to make a living We earn when we trade something of VALUE with another Something is of value when it meets a need Our goal in life is to look for a need we can fulfil We must develop ourselves to be able to meet the needs of others We must trade that need in a market (value exchange)

Enhancing the employability of Nigerian Graduates = Enhancing the ability of Nigerian Graduates to: Recognise economic agents Understand their needs Develop competence, skill or capacity (production) Trade in the relevant market Self employed (various markets) Get a job (labour market)

Becoming employable Determine what need you want to fulfill Have a vision to be great in your chosen area. Must strive to become “the” expert. Be the best. Stay hungry – read read read. Crave knowledge and experiences. Ask for help. Be passionate about it. Stay determined. Sacrifice. 10,000 hrs. Positive thinking. Have Faith.
