2010 WorldCup The WorldCup was held in South Africa The WorldCup was from 11 June to 11 July.

Winners and Runner Ups The two finalist were Netherlands and Spain The winner of the match was Spain The score was 1 - 0

The scoring sequence and who scored The scoring sequence was that Spain won 1 – 0 and Andres Inisesta scored the goal at the 116 th minute.

Terminology of the goal and how did Spain score it. Andres Iniesta made the goal by scoring a side-footed shot from a pass by Cesc Fabregas.

What could the defense do to block the goal They could have prevented the goal from happening by marking the players properly

Using the same scoring sequence what individual skills have been used by the attacking team Off the ball movement

Was there any movement ‘off the ball’ by other attackers to draw defenders away from the goal scorer? If yes what happened and what was the effect of this? Yes, with this off the ball movement the other defending players must have gone to the other attacking players leaving Andres Iniesta wide open.
