Limitations Group travel must still be completed on paper request. Deans, Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Vice President travel reimbursement requests should continue to be processed via paper for the time being. Multiple accounts with different approval paths cannot be used on the same request

Supporting Documentation Scanned and attached as digital attachment. Please refer to E Travel System handout. **Please convert image to a PDF document before attaching.** If capability does not exist to scan and attach supporting documentation, it can be faxed to (706) **Please remember not to fax more than one check request together. They should be faxed as separate faxes.
