A case study example I was always very close to my Nan and I used to go around to her house every day after school. Sadly, my Nan passed away two weeks ago; she had a heart attack and it was completely unexpected. The day she died I had had a stupid argument with her and I keep having horrible dreams abut the nasty, spiteful mean things that I said to her. Obviously I didn’t mean them, I was just angry. After the dreams I wake up in a cold sweat and can’t get back to sleep. Each morning I wake up exhausted. Please help me!

Imagine you work as a psychologist in a sleep clinic..... You are reviewing the case notes of a patient Write down your FIRST diagnosis of the issue Your supervisor is coming.... She wants you to present the case – be ready in 2 minutes!
