Specialties Interview  Unique Screen!  Master Search List – Keyword search of MBM specialties and subspecialties  Find a Doctor/CV Display Order – Including rank order option  Structured View of Selected Specialties and Subspecialties – Display of hierarchy to organize selections  Includes “Independent Subspecialties” to accommodate program affiliations without formal specialty  Not in List – Suggest additions to list, along with appropriate classification (eg, specialty or subspecialty of xxxx)

Addresses Interview  New Look Consistent with Other Screens  Multiple Tabs – Each tab reflects a different address type: Office, Clinical, Laboratory, Home, Assistant, & Web Links  Clinical Addresses now a Fixed List – No more free text, but there is a “Not in List” option  Primary Location – Only one address can be marked as a faculty member’s primary location  One Address – Shows on Master Display CV, Faculty Finder, Find-a-Researcher, and is the primary address linked to Postal, List Builder and E-Survey  Web Addresses – Currently for reference only, but has the potential in the future for linking within Find-a-Doc and Find-a-Researcher

Education Directorships Interview  New Look Consistent with Other Screens  Moved under Teaching Activities  Subset of “Titles” – Can “enter” either through Titles or Education Directorships categories  Description box – Display text pre-populates based on selections, then can be edited  CV’s – Displays as top category under Teaching Responsibilities/Assignments.  Not in List – New types can be suggested through usual Not in List mechanism
