Occupational Group Adjustments Pay ranges within each Occupational Group were adjusted based on the FY Annual Compensation Report

Classified Increases Across-the-Board Increase Merit Pay Increase

Across-the-Board Increase Employee receives 1% salary increase to base pay This is for all employees hired as of July 1, 2015 Employees above the pay range maximum will receive the 1% ATB as a one-time, non-base building payment

Merit Pay Increase Merit pay increases are based on each employees’ performance and location within their respective pay ranges Level 2 and 3 performance ratings receive merit pay increases Level 1 is not eligible Quartile is determined based on the employee’s salary as of June 1, 2015 according to the FY compensation plan

Merit Pay Increase Employees hired after April 1, 2014, merit pay is prorated based on the months worked during the performance cycle (4/1/14 – 3/31/15) Employees hired after March 31, 2015 are not eligible for merit pay increase Employees in the 4 th quartile will receive a one time lump sum payment – merit pay will not be base-building
