What is mentoring? Support a group of 1 st Year students through their university transition: Pre-arrival contact Meet with mentees in induction week Organise and lead follow up meetings Offer support and guidance approx. 20 hour role over two Semesters

How will I benefit? making a difference to new students fully trained with ongoing support improve interpersonal and leadership skills boost your CV boost your confidence included on your HEAR

Who are we looking for? Can you communicate effectively? Are you outgoing, sociable and capable of supporting others? Do you have good organisation and time management skills? Are you prepared to commit to a group of students?
