Main Points  Illegal Immigrants effects on economy  Their effects on jobs  The ways to help people influence and knowledge about them

The Economy  Long term / Short term effects  What plans are in place  Do we need a change or are things fine how they are

Long / Short term  Short term adds 11 million people to our work force  Long term we could easily train these people and greatly stimulate our already pained economy

What we’re doing  The S.B will force undocumented immigrants to “self deport”  “Legal Violence” – Scaring immigrants with violence and prosecution in their daily lives

Details  Its been found that constant pressure on immigrants has lead to “legal violence”  This sets a bias on immigrants legal or not and sets them up for harassment and or abuse  This has been found to be one of the main reasons immigrants do go to school in America

Illegal Immigrants working is not the Problem  High Population, Yet Work  New York Times believe it’s a positive impact  University of California Davis research  Diversity and higher profits
