Why do we need to expand the options? Facilitate individual, negotiated learning in context Facilitate a range of blended delivery and assessment options Assist with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Assist with the formal recognition of workplace and informal learning, cultural learning and lifelong learning Reduce the reliance on text based learning Reduce the reliance on learning and assessment in English Increase flexibility in the time and place to access learning Improve the quality of delivery and assessment Reduce cost of delivery Community-based job creation
