Farming is a set of activities devoted to producing food and other products from the land Potatoes, dairy products, apples, blueberries, strawberries and cranberries The food production and processing industries of New Brunswick are important components of the provincial economy The agriculture sector is diverse, combining 3,034 farms with 100 processing plants to produce $1.13 billion worth of agri-food and beverage products
