ELNET Consortium Consortium has established a number of working groups: Library System Managers' Board Working Group on Cataloguing and Name Authorities Working Group on Classification and Indexing Working Group on Coordinating the Digitizing Activities Working Group on Database of Estonian articles ISE Working Group on Licensing of E-Resources

ELNET Consortium Main areas of activity are: the development and management of the shared library system, as well as the e-catalogue ESTER and the Estonian articles database ISE the management and development of the Estonian Subject Thesaurus coordination of joint procurements of electronic research information holding negotiations on behalf of member libraries for developing e-services.
