Unit 5 – Evidence

Maximum Formula The maximum formula is to find out the maximum, and out of the whole spreadsheet the maximum altogether was 120, which was the correct amount. =MAX(B3:M62)

Minimum Formula The minimum formula is to find out what was the minimum number in the spreadsheet, and one of the numbers were 0 and the minimum said 0 therefore the formula was right. =MIN(B3:M62)

Average Formula The average formula is to show the average amount, so the median amount sold, and the answer was 22 which when calculated together the answer was 22. =AVERAGE (B3:M62)

IF Formula =IF(N3>sales,"Good","Bad") The IF Formula is used in order to find if a result is bigger or smaller than another, for example if the number was above 45, then the sales would be “Good”, but if it was lower than 45, the sales would be “Bad”.
