Britain is (and always has been) a place where fashion is very important. Most young British people tend to follow one specific sort of trend. These trends nearly always go hand in hand with a specific sort of music or lifestyle. Fashion in Britain

Hipster A Hipster (or Scenester) refers to someone who is a young, middle class, urban adults or teenagers. Their interests are: Indie rock and alternative music, like MGMT and Bat For Lashes. Independent films like The Science of Sleep. Magazines like Vice and Dazed and Confused. What they wear: Very tight Skinny Jeans Printed t-shirt Plaid shirt Sunglasses Pointed shoes or plimsolls An American Apparel hoodie.

Nu Raver A Nu Raver is a young urban person who wears brightly coloured clothes Their interests are: Nu Wave, Rock, Indie, Techno, and Electro music. The nightclub scene.
