ICT Academy of Tamil Nadu The Department of IT, Government of Tamil Nadu has announced its policy on rural BPO, where the department will act as a facilitator between the BPO Industry and interested Educational institutions who would want to partner BPO Units. This is a part of the Government Initiative to take the BPO Industry to the rural Tamil Nadu. It is imperative to understand that in several parts of the world and in India the presence of Industrial Units in close proximity with academic institutions has led to growth in the Industry and the local Economy. At the behest of the BPO company, ICTACT can also initiate the recruitment process for the required man- power and train the recruited candidates on the requirements of the BPO Company.
