Ceiling heights shall be noted on the wall section or the elevations. All framing members including joists, double joists, beams, girders, posts are to be specified and labeled as to material, grade, location, direction size and span on floor and foundation plans. FPF190: Fire Protection Fundamentals Reserve Fund Studies  Condo’s have to carry out a Reserve Fund Study "periodically”  Every three years.  Study by experts with a special designation  Members of Appraisal Institute of Canada or Ontario Association of Certified Engineers.  Purpose of the study is to  examine all the systems (i.e., heating) and other physical aspects (garage, balconies, windows)  give a reasonable expectation as to when they will need to be replaced or have non-routine repairs and  how much this will cost at that projected time in the future. 16
