 There are two ways to get MMOGs, you can buy the software from a store or online, sometimes you can download it for free.  MMOs typically make money by charging a monthly fee for membership. The average fee is about $15 a month.  Marketing for MMOs has gone mainstream, ads can be seen on TV, internet, magazines, and even food products (Pepsi, Mt. Dew).  The future for MMOGs seems to be very bright. A lot of games are trying to go in the direction of MMOGs.
