Multiple-Option Plans Insurance company or Blue Cross-Blue Shield provide traditional indemnity and HMO and/or PPO under single contract Advantages –Administration –Costs may be lower due to experience rating Federally qualified HMOs not eligible due to restrictions on experience rating
