Assessment conducted by:  Macon County Health Council  Special Community Health Needs Assessment Committee  Representatives from the State of Tennessee Department of Health, Macon County General Hospital, Coordinated School Health, private healthcare providers and various community agencies were consulted during the needs assessment process.  Macon County General Hospital
