What is the Bill of Rights?

The Bill of Rights lists the first 10 amendments to the Constitution.

Bill of Rights: What does it do? It GUARANTEES a number of personal freedoms. It LIMITS the government's power in judicial and other proceedings. It RESERVES some powers to the states and the public.
