 To build up a big and strong company  Design all kind of website, small as big ones  All kind of websites for: private persons, organization and companies.  Make sure that the customs know 100% what they want, and they are 100% sure what we deliver

 Do teamwork with IT – schools and get skilled and interested youths from them  When they have finished studying they can continue working in this company  Not only focusing on students, others are welcome also

 Fast website  Like private blogs  You must get the site up fast and easily  Simple application in Smart Media’s website where you can choose backgrounds, fonts, etc. by yourself  Loads of different elements  Customer designs the website model and Smart Media makes it  Big website  Aimed for companies  You make it together with Smart Media, because they know how to put cooler things to your website, like moving photo panels  This costs more because Smart Media has to work with it and it will be bigger

 It’s hard to get in big markets  One Smart Media’s unit should focus marketing, especially for new companies which need websites  It could be good idea to have some internet connection provider as partner, when you buy an internet connection, they will offer Smart Media’s website  When some person or company has their website, there is a little Smart Media logo on the botom of the site  They can have advertisements in other internet sites, television and newspapers, but they cost pretty much so they will be more topical in the future

 ing when there are small and simple things  Use of Skype when 3 or more people is in need of talking, especially new and big projects  All the bosses in the department meet up 5-6 times a year, to discuss things  The time zones and values aren’t that big problems because you can change/transfer them easily in internet  The main language between other countries will be English

 The Production leader’s job is to make sure the productions are running as planned, and make it up again if something is going wrong  The job of the Marketing leader is to get in new orders and make sure that there is plenty of work for the company  The project leader is a leader who have control over the project, make sure they go as planned, and are up and running on the delivery day  A Recruiting leader is the one who get in new people if needed and some who really want to have the job

 The business culture is really important, you have to make sure that people meet when they are told to  In the US its mostly like scandinavia, 8 hour work day  In India people does show up at the agreed time, and many of them are use to work many hours a day  In Rio de Janeiro it look a lot like in India, people show up and a use to long days at work

 The size of the company can be a good and a bad thing at the same time  When customers are dealing with small company, they feel like the company is paying more attention for them  But if you have a small company, there could be so big delivers that it isn’t possible to deliver them in agreed time  It’s easier to handle economy in small company and the risks aren’t so big

 We really enjoyed this camp and this task, there have been some big challenges in the task. One of the biggest ones was that there weren’t any limits. Which meant that we could go in any direction. It was really hard to get started with the project, but when we first got started it went really good for our group  We learnt a lot about how to think when you want to make a company international, some knowledge we can easily use in the future
