Chen Leandro Roberto Rodriguez (Isla Colon, Bocas del Toro, May 24, 1994), better known as Robert Chen is a Panamanian footballer who plays as a central defender and his current team is SV Zulte Waregem in the Belgian first division.

 Chen began his football career in the youth ranks of FC San Francisco where he trained, and where was ascending in all categories of club 1 His good performances led him to join the first team, debuting in the top flight for the tournament LPF Apertura 2010 with only 17 years of age.

 Panama was the only player who joined in the same year the selections U 17 and U 20 absolute Panama, making his debut with the team on September 7, 2011.
