Attendance at Ad hoc meetings has no bearing on voting rights. 3GPP meetings * Meeting types are described more fully in the TSG Working Procedures, article 30 and annex F.

These are generally informal affairs, without recorded attendance lists and may have no formal minutes. But they are usually moderated by the group’s chairman (or a work item rapporteur, or …) who will generally produce a summary of the conclusions. Electronic meetings might consist of an exchange of s; or … A teleconference; or … A (video) chat session; or …
